Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping on all pre-made items and 4-6 weeks for production and processing  on pre-order items. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address provided in the order. Shipping can take between 3-10 days(varies internationally).

*Platinum Smiles Garments are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages/items. The buyer commits to the full  responsibility when purchasing. In the case your package is lost, stolen or damaged,  please contact USPS  or your local postal carrier to help locate and resolve your issue.

*international orders (outside of the US) may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control. Kindly allow 10-25 days for your order once your order has shipped depending on where you live outside the US

* we are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer’s package is returned to us due to there being an incorrect address issue, the buyer is FULLY responsible for the shipping cost to reship order.
